Whipz -N- Kickz 2019

Approximately one thousand people gathered together to celebrate Better Days Barbershop‘s 20th anniversary on Memorial Day Weekend. There were many people in the crowd including our local city council member, Will Culver. Vendors and sponsors nationwide traveled to showcase their products in Huntsville, AL while enjoying the entertainment that was offered by the Whipz -N- Kickz Team.

What is Whipz -N- Kickz?

The re-launch of the annual Whipz -N- Kickz event was a customer and community appreciation event held on Sunday, May 26, 2019. Memorial Day Weekend. The event incorporated many aspects of the custom car and custom sneaker culture; therefore, great music and food was also a must. Through this event, Big 75 Inc. partnered with Better Days Barbershop to celebrate their 20th anniversary while combining many elements within Huntsville, AL’s local community. Together the Big 75 Inc. Team collaborated with volunteers, vendors, and sponsors to not only celebrate Better Days 20 years of success, but also gathered many other small business start-ups.

Music And Entertainment

Additionally, DJCeeO, launched his #BestoftheBestIndie Tour packed with emerging artists. This together with other headliners such as BreadWinner Kane and Dirty Boyz supplied the musical entertainment for the day.

As a local artist you could demonstrate your love for your community by performing. Other artists donated personal work because there was also a raffle drawings. Car enthusiasts submitted their “Whipz” in the Car/Truck/Bike Contest. Lastly, local models were cast to enter into the modeling contest, network with the vendors, and other participants of the show in efforts to contribute to their portfolios. Or, essentially jump start their career as a professional model.
